Griffith Observatory Window

I live in Los Feliz, about a mile from Griffith Park, but my apartment doesn't have a view of the iconic Observatory. I decided to fix that. With over two hundred pieces, this was by far the most intricate and complex window I've ever made. Also, in the middle of building it, I found out I was losing my workshop space, so I had to rush to finish it before I had to move everything out. I'm really proud of it, though, and it's currently hanging in my living room, creating colorful shadows every afternoon.

After making this window, I drastically simplified the design and made a second, tiny Observatory window. Then I un-simplified that one and made a mid-size Observatory window that was my first ever stained glass sale. If you want one like it, I'm happy to make another.
