Back in 2018, everything was the “Uber for” something, so I made the “Uber for clowns.” Clownr was the first fake business I created, as well as my first foray into responsive web design. I had a whole plan to eventually make it clear that clownr was a devious ploy to harvest clowns' location data, which I would then sell through a second app that warns users with coulrophobia if clowns were getting too close to them. I approached Palantir with the concept in 2018, and they weren't interested. With the LA clown scene on the rise, it may be worth circling back.
